张沛康
青年副研究员，硕士生导师
研究领域：教育经济学、劳动经济学
研究成果：Cities、Journal of Chinese Political Science、Chinese Sociological Review、《经济学（季刊）》《北京大学教育评论》《统计研究》《中国人口科学》等国内外期刊。主持教育部人文社会科学研究项目青年基金项目、上海市教育科学研究项目。出版英文专著1本、编著《全国高校毕业生就业调查报告（2019）》，获第六届全国教育科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖。决策咨询报告获省部级采纳或肯定性批示。2025年起担任全球劳动组织学者（GLO Fellow）。
