1969年3月出生，2003年于复旦大学获博士学位，2008年新加坡国立大学高级访问研究员。主要研究方向：数据管理、机器视觉与智能计算。承担（完成）国家自然科学基金3项，军口、省部级及企业项目近10项。发表相关学术论文40余篇。担任重要国际会议如ACM SIGIR’10、’09、ICMR’12、CIVR’09 等程序委员，获上海市科技进步二等奖（2005）。
